On Wednesday 21st November Mike Warren took his team to visit Montana Marketing in Leicester – the UK’s No.1 Office in the Home Efficiency division. It was a great opportunity to see how the office is run from that location and they were able to take part in several meetings and even their recruitment process. The team were able to work one – on- one with some of Montana’s most successful Leaders and Mike was able to spend the day with Tony Otero – Managing Director of the Montana Marketing Organisation.
Tony gave the team some great advice, with top tips and goals and everyone enjoyed networking within another organisation.
17 November 2012
On Saturday 17th November 2012 we held a joint Premier Club for Blackcode Advertising, TPR Organisation and Revolution Marketing. The day involved exclusive meetings and events, individual development plans, individual mentoring with one-on-one meetings and exclusive Premier competitions.
We saw some premier league style racing on the Go Karting track too with our very own Dan Thompson winning the race!

On Monday 5th November Dan Thompson, Mike Warren and the administration team headed up to Birmingham for Appco Group Support – Masterclass! The meeting was hosted by Product Head of the Support division and newest Vice President – Ali Mir. The day was filled with great insightful topics on how to expand the office and build a great team around you. There was a special guest speaker -Vice President Michael Scully who provided us with invaluable knowledge and experience from running offices in Germany and America.

Vice President -Simon Murphy hosted the Owners Premier Club Meeting at Appco Groups head office in London on Friday 19th October. Simon ran some great topics on future developments and what is planned for 2013. There was also guest speakers, including Mars Cowley – Organisational Head of Red Planet Marketing and Darren Dunn – Organisational Head of 3D Organisation.

Appco Group in Canada is rapidly growing and expanding and they have just announced they are planning on moving into the Charities division. Chris Niarchos and Blake Veitch are looking for SIX experienced FRs to assist in the testing of Save The Children campaign. The FR’s will be flown out to the Appco Canada office in Toronto ready to test the product.
This is a very exciting opportunity for the UK Owners to assist the business in Canada to grow and get an opportunity to work with one of our newest Country Heads – Blake Veitch. Appco Canada will also cover the flights, accommodation costs and FR and MC earnings!

All Owners, Owner/Partners and those running satellite offices were invited to the Home Efficiency Campaign Owners meeting on Tuesday 16th October 2012. Mark Cox was running the day discussing upcoming prospects in the campaign, LSOAs and the transition from CERT funding to ECO funding.

An Appco Owners Meeting was held at Mark Group’s Training Academy in Leicester on Thursday 11th October. The meeting was for all the Owners in the Home Efficiency division. The day included an Academy tour and meetings to discuss new ECO products and ECO strategies.

We were all very excited to attend the final Oracle Rising Stars meeting of 2012 on Saturday 6th October. The meeting was held at the magnificent Hilton Metropole in Birmingham and we saw some brilliant topics being run from Sales tips from Nick Rees to inspiring topics like ‘Anything is possible’ from our very own Dan Thompson.
There was much to celebrate with Zoe Bridgwater receiving the ‘Rising Stars’ award from Blackcode Advertising and there was plenty of recognition for Michael Warren and his fast expanding team in the new Home Efficiency division.
