Dan Thompson took advantage of the Business Development programme in 2007. Within 18 months Dan progressed through the programme and founded Blackcode Advertising Ltd, turning a fledgling ambition into a major power within the Sales and Marketing domain.
Dan's ambition and future plans are to turn Blackcode Advertising into a national organisation whereby opportunity, accomplishment and success can be offered to all individuals just like him.

Having only been in the company for a few months, Zoe Volkes has proven to be a valued member of the Blackcode Advertising team , quickly learning new skills and helping to push the business further.
